Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term client relationships. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and promoting our products/services in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, and field visits. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions to address their requirements. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services. Negotiate and close deals while ensuring profitable sales outcomes. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends. Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales activities and client feedback. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth post-sale services and support. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales or a related role (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and time management abilities. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus. Willingness to travel as needed.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our EdTech sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with key institutional clients (schools, colleges, coaching institutes), driving revenue through solution-based selling, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Roles & Responsibilities: Build and manage strong relationships with key institutional clients and decision-makers. Understand client needs and propose customized EdTech solutions that align with their goals. Achieve sales targets by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation, pitch, negotiation, to closure. Collaborate with product and academic teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery. Regularly conduct product demos, QBRs, and feedback sessions with clients. Ensure high client satisfaction and retention through excellent post-sale support. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide strategic insights to the leadership team. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress using CRM tools. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree (MBA/PGDM preferred). 26 years of proven experience in EdTech, B2B Sales, or Institutional Sales . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities. Experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or similar. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have: Prior experience in selling to K12, higher education, or coaching centers . Passion for education and technology-driven learning solutions. Willingness to travel, if required.
