Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing sales processes. Daily tasks include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing and project teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales and Business Development
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Account Management skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the architecture or construction industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
