Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements (SLAs). Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle from qualification to performance review. Coordinate with the Project Management, Procurement, and Site Teams to align vendor capabilities with project requirements. Monitor and ensure vendor compliance with safety standards, legal norms, and quality benchmarks. Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, work orders, and vendor communication. Resolve vendor-related issues, delays, or disputes effectively. Analyze vendor performance data and implement continuous improvement strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement and logistics processes.
