Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at CHRONOVEX INDUSTRIES PVT LTD. The role involves driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Identify potential clients through research, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and execute a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Sales Execution:
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to meet customer requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve offerings and strategy.
  • Reporting & Coordination:
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales (industry experience preferred).
  • Ability to travel, if required.
