SALES EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

• Identifying prospects and pursuing new sales opportunities through outbound sales, telecalling, and networking.
• Maintaining and organizing physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.
• Communicating with relevant teams to clarify data inconsistencies and improve processes.
• Verifying data accuracy, correcting errors, and identifying irregularities promptly.
• Preparing and delivering presentations on products and services.
• Generating reports and summaries to support internal decision-making.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.
• Handling customer complaints or objections and negotiating deals.
• Participating in exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably product sales.
• Education ranges from 10th pass to bachelor degrees in relevant fields.
• Good command over English; communication skills and convincing ability are important.
• Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven approach.

Work Details:

• Location: Siliguri, West Bengal (office-based, not work from home).
• Full-time position with incentives included.
• Six working days with typical timing from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• The role may particularly focus on sales of industrial/manufacturing products like air curtains, insect killers, and PVC strip curtains, aligned with Chronovex's product portfolio.
