Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Lead Generation Executive with 1–2 years of experience in calling, client visits, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients for business development and lead generation.
Visit clients to present products/services and convert leads into sales.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research.
Maintain and update client information in CRM or reports.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication with clients.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly targets.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
Good understanding of lead generation and client handling.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.).

Requirements:

Own Laptop, Vehicle, and Mobile Phone (mandatory).
Experience: 1–2 years in sales, calling, or business development.
Qualification: Minimum Graduate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Benefits:

Paid sick time
