Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Drive sales of PVC insulated copper wires and cables across retail (channel), industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, project contractors, and industrial buyers.
  • Conduct field visits to assess customer requirements, site status, and competitor positioning.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and expand distribution networks.
  • Coordinate with the internal production and dispatch team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Contribute actively in pricing strategy, feedback, and market trends reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 35 years of sales experience in wires & cables industry.
  • Strong understanding of house wires/domestic wiring and BIS-compliant products.
  • Proven track record in B2B project sales, channel/dealer development, or industrial sales.
  • Capable of

    designing competitive schemes, offers, and incentive plans

    to drive dealer loyalty and outperform competition.
  • Energetic, target-oriented, and self-motivated individual who can work independently.
  • Must be willing to travel across NCR and nearby regions.
