Role & responsibilities Operate and oversee production using NEIHOFF MMH, NEIHOFF Buncher, and Supermac Extruder. Supervise daily manufacturing of electric cables as per IS standards: IS 694, IS 2465, IS 17505, IS 17048, IS 17293. Monitor production schedules, material planning, manpower allocation, and machine uptime. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and meet quality benchmarks. Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Store departments for smooth operations. Independently create and update SOPs, checklists, and process documentation where gaps exist. Lead shift-wise operations and handle troubleshooting on the shop floor. Must be available to join immediately or within 14 days. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in cable manufacturing (preferably with NEIHOFF and Supermac machinery). Strong knowledge of BIS/IS standards applicable to electric cables. Must be highly self-driven, proactive, and passionate about structured manufacturing. Experience working with cross-functional teams (QA, Maintenance, Planning). Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Production Engineering. Responsibilities: Must have experience working in an electrical cable manufacturing unit or a BIS/NABL-accredited laboratory specialising in electrical cable testing. Must have experience in testing electric wires and cables as per IS 694 . Must have hands-on experience with testing procedures as per IS 10810 test methods Added advantage if have experience in testing for following IS standards : IS 2465, IS 17505, IS 17048, IS 17293, IS 1293) Conduct regular inspections and quality audits. Maintain detailed documentation and reporting. Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues. Complete and thorough knowledge of NABL and BIS standards and processes is mandatory. Conduct quality audits and inspections according to BIS standards. Ensure compliance with NABL requirements through documentation and implementation.

Role & responsibilities Drive sales of PVC insulated copper wires and cables across retail (channel), industrial, and infrastructure sectors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, project contractors, and industrial buyers. Conduct field visits to assess customer requirements, site status, and competitor positioning. Achieve monthly sales targets and expand distribution networks. Coordinate with the internal production and dispatch team to ensure timely order fulfillment. Contribute actively in pricing strategy, feedback, and market trends reporting. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 35 years of sales experience in wires & cables industry. Strong understanding of house wires/domestic wiring and BIS-compliant products. Proven track record in B2B project sales, channel/dealer development, or industrial sales. Capable of designing competitive schemes, offers, and incentive plans to drive dealer loyalty and outperform competition.
