Role & responsibilities Drive sales of PVC insulated copper wires and cables across retail (channel), industrial, and infrastructure sectors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, project contractors, and industrial buyers. Conduct field visits to assess customer requirements, site status, and competitor positioning. Achieve monthly sales targets and expand distribution networks. Coordinate with the internal production and dispatch team to ensure timely order fulfillment. Contribute actively in pricing strategy, feedback, and market trends reporting. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 35 years of sales experience in wires & cables industry. Strong understanding of house wires/domestic wiring and BIS-compliant products. Proven track record in B2B project sales, channel/dealer development, or industrial sales. Capable of designing competitive schemes, offers, and incentive plans to drive dealer loyalty and outperform competition. Energetic, target-oriented, and self-motivated individual who can work independently. Must be willing to travel across NCR and nearby regions.
