Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure smooth production operations of LT cables at the plant location.
Oversee daily activities, including shift planning, manpower management, and material control.
Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective communication and collaboration.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-7 years of experience in cable manufacturing or related field (preferably in power cables).
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized institution (any specialization).
Strong knowledge of cable production processes, including flexible cables, house wires, solar cables, LV cables etc.
