Job Responsibilities Sales Executive / Manager – LT Cables Drive B2B institutional sales of LT cable products including XLPE, PVC Armoured, Aerial Bunched Cables, and Control Cables. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients across utilities, DISCOMs, EPC contractors, PSUs, and government departments. Identify new business opportunities in government and private sectors, including project sales and industrial applications. Prepare and manage tender documentation, pre-qualification bids, and follow-up with procurement teams. Ensure product specifications are approved in relevant government bodies and utilities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report market intelligence to management. Collaborate with internal technical and commercial teams for solution-based selling and pricing negotiations. Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and suggest strategic improvements to capture market share. Manage channel partners, dealers, and distributor networks for assigned regions. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and participate in exhibitions like ELECRAMA, IEEMA, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in cable manufacturing or related field (preferably in power cables). Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized institution (any specialization). Strong knowledge of cable production processes, including flexible cables, house wires, solar cables, LV cables etc.
