Sales Executive (Channel & Distributor Sales)

As a Sales Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through effective dealer management and channel partnerships. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing channel sales strategies, building strong relationships with dealers and key clients, expanding the dealer network, and achieving sales targets by creating and executing sales plans. You will also be expected to analyze sales trends, generate reports, and coordinate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and promotional activities. Additionally, addressing client and dealer concerns professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels will be a key part of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess a graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (an MBA is preferred) along with 2 to 5 years of proven experience in channel sales or distribution sales. A strong understanding of dealer network management and regional market dynamics is essential, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work independently, travel as needed, and be committed to achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the preferred educational qualification is a Master's degree.
