Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in direct marketing, corporate sales, or business development.

Roles and Responsibility

Achieve monthly sales targets through effective planning and execution.
Drive primary sales for products in assigned chains, manage commercials, and negotiate terms of trade (TOT).
Initiate, close, and manage tie-ups to expand business opportunities.
Handle payment reconciliation and ensure timely payments.
Develop and implement promotion plans to increase brand visibility.
Manage B2B revenue and client relationships to drive business growth.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the recruitment industry.
Strong business sense and industry expertise, with the ability to handle total B2B revenue.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible and proactive approach.
Qualification: B.A, B.C.A, B.Com.
