Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive position based in Jhansi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their jewellery preferences, and providing thoughtful recommendations to enhance the shopping experience. Daily tasks include managing store operations, building strong customer relationships, maintaining inventory accuracy, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves staying updated on product knowledge, market trends, and delivering high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaboration with team members to plan in-store events and enhance customer engagement is also expected.

Qualifications

Proven skills in Customer Service, Relationship Building, and Communication
Experience in Sales, Business Development, and handling Sales Targets
Knowledge of Jewellery Trends, Materials (Gold, Platinum, Diamonds, Gemstones), and Personalization Options
Ability to work collaboratively, manage time effectively, and adapt to customer needs
Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems, CRM tools, and familiarity with store operations
Previous experience in retail or jewellery sales is a strong advantage
A positive attitude, customer-centric approach, and passion for selling luxury products
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred
