Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager and Jewellery Consultant, located in Mumbai. The Store Manager and Jewellery Consultant will be responsible for managing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of store management. Duties include overseeing inventory, handling retail loss prevention, training and supervising staff, and driving sales goals. The role requires close interaction with customers to guide them in their jewellery purchases and to ensure a positive shopping experience.
