Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Aligarh. The Sales Executive will drive revenue by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering product recommendations that align with their preferences. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a high level of product knowledge, building strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to a premium in-store experience. The role also involves assisting with store operations, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction during each interaction.


Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service and sales with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in maintaining a professional customer-focused approach and building strong client relationships.
  • Ability to understand and articulate product details, including jewellery materials and designs.
  • Sales and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
  • Team collaboration skills and ability to contribute to a driven sales environment.
  • Proficiency in using basic computer systems for inventory and sales management is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in retail or jewellery sales is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
