Sales Executive - B2B Sales

Key Responsibilities: - B2B Sales Executive

• Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients in industries such as FMCG, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, e-commerce, and manufacturing.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to maximize repeat business.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and client needs.
• Prepare and deliver effective product presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments (production, design, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report on sales performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the packaging or related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
