Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and expanding a robust network, fostering strong relationships with PMC, Architects, Consultants, Customers, Builders, and General Contractors. - Establishing and enhancing brand equity through the implementation of strategic programs. - Keeping a close eye on competitors and utilizing insights to effectively position the range of Blue Star Products in the market. - Creating a comprehensive marketing plan tailored to the market nature and specific segments within the territory. - Effectively managing significant deals and successfully converting them into orders.
