B2B Cognition is a B2B lead generation and appointment setting agency. We help businesses in SaaS, services, real estate and other industries generate qualified leads through targeted email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, CRM integrations and analytics. We work with clients across India, Dubai, Singapore and the USA.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive to help grow our client base. You will identify and engage potential clients, pitch our services, and build lasting business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new B2B leads
• Conduct outreach, calls and online meetings to present our services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Work with the marketing and operations teams to align strategy
• Update and track sales activities in CRM tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (any field)
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development or inside sales (B2B services or SaaS preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and proactive approach
• Interest in B2B sales and marketing is a plus
