Position Overview:

Job Title : Sales Executive B2B – Fintech Industry

Location: Sector 66, Gurugram
Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month
Experience Required: 3–5 years in B2B Sales, preferably within the fintech or digital payments sector.
Languages: Fluent in Hindi & English

Note: Need Excellent Communication Skills

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate and nurture business leads through outbound calls targeting fintech merchants, micro-ATM operators, and small business owners.
• Pitch fintech solutions—AePS, DMT, micro-ATM services, bill payments, insurance, mutual funds, and travel bookings.
• Understand merchant needs and articulate the value proposition clearly to drive B2B onboarding.
• Negotiate terms and close sales, working with internal teams (operations, account, support) to activate services for clients.
• Maintain and update CRM records, monitor pipeline health, and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales Heads to refine pitch, overcome objections, and ensure seamless merchant integration.
• Stay current on fintech trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 3–5 years in B2B Sales or inside sales, specifically within fintech, digital payments, financial services, or payment gateways.
• Strong verbal and written communication in Hindi & English.
• Persuasive selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with a proactive, resilient attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment.
