B2B Sales Sales & Business Development: Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research. Convert leads into sales by presenting products/services effectively to potential clients. Work on New Business Queries Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Understand client needs and propose suitable products/services. Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally. Market Research & Strategy: Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends. Gather customer feedback to improve products, services, and sales strategies. Assist in developing pricing and promotional strategies. Sales Process Management Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations. Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales deals. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
