Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales performance by achieving targets, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding existing relationships with customers.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of various financial products such as credit cards, corporate salary accounts, current & savings accounts, home loans, loan against property, car loans, two-wheeler loans, commercial vehicle loans etc.
  • Conduct field visits to meet potential clients and build rapport with them to generate leads for sales growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues in an efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2C Sales or related field (preferably from banking industry).
  • Strong knowledge of Business Development principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
