Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales for our Food based Digital Services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Outreach Identify and contact potential clients, including Cafes, Restaurants, Bars through various channels (social media, Personal Visits, networking, etc.). Networking & Relationship Building Develop relationships with Food industry professionals (e.g., vendors) for referrals and partnerships to expand Bittyweb’s client base. Sales Presentation Effectively present Bittyweb’s services to prospective clients, demonstrating the features and benefits of our services and offerings. Conduct timely follow-ups with potential clients, addressing questions and moving them closer to making a purchase. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that clients are fully satisfied with the process and confident in their choice. Serve as a main point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and gathering feedback to improve our offerings. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings, providing insights to management for potential enhancements. Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in CRM software and provide regular sales reports. Follow-Ups & Customer Engagement Closing Sales Customer Support & Feedback Collection Market Insights Reporting & Record-Keeping Requirements Proven experience in sales (experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. Organized and detail-oriented.
