Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales performance by achieving targets, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding existing customer relationships. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of commercial vehicle loans (CVL), construction loan, tractor loan, used car loan, and other financing options for customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to financing products. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity in the NBFC space. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while handling sensitive financial information. Desired Candidate Profile Strong knowledge of CVLs, commercial vehicles, construction loans, tractor loans, used car loans etc. . 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development role within an NBFC or similar organization. Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
