Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for commercial vehicle loans, tractor loans, and used commercial vehicle finance. Develop and execute strategies to increase market share in the territory. Build strong relationships with dealerships, customers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Desired Candidate Profile 5-8 years of experience in commercial vehicle loan sales or related field (preferably from banking industry). Strong knowledge of commercial vehicles, including financing options and regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
