Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role involves understanding customer needs, promoting Ahuja Residences' offerings, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Willingness to travel as needed
