Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive specializing in Tractors and Farm Equipments (TFE) at the Marketing Branches Operations, your primary responsibilities will include enhancing the deposit pool from customers, establishing service standards, selling non-deposit products, achieving cross-selling targets for MF and Insurance products, generating fee income, overseeing branch administration, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing the productivity and morale of branch team members, and being accountable for the break-even and P&L of the branch.
