📝 Role Overview

A Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves promoting company products/services, understanding customer needs, and delivering an excellent sales experience.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Identify potential customers and generate leads through calls, meetings, and field visits.
Present and promote products/services to clients.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet monthly targets.
Maintain records of sales activities and update CRM/reporting tools.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confidence, presentation ability, and sales mindset.
Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
Ability to work under target-driven environments.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business).

🎓 Qualifications

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
0–3 years of experience in sales (Fresher also welcome).
Experience in B2B/B2C sales is a plus.
