Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales of admixtures such as construction chemicals, waterproofing products, epoxy, grouting materials, additives, resins, solvents, emulsions, and polyurethanes to customers in the building material industry.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through market research and networking within the industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets set by management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience in sales of admixtures or related fields (construction chemicals).
  • Strong knowledge of various types of admixtures including construction chemicals like polymers & bitumen additives; waterproofing products like liquid applied membranes; epoxy systems; grouting materials; etc. .
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels.
