Job Description

Customer Engagement:
Greet and engage customers upon entering the showroom, understanding their needs and assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.
Product Knowledge:
Provide detailed information about products, including features, benefits, pricing, and after-sales services.
Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, utilizing sales techniques and product knowledge to close deals.
Showroom Presentation:
Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing, with products displayed in a way that attracts customer interest.
Customer Support:
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Inventory Management:
Assist with stock management, ensuring that showroom products are properly labeled, displayed, and restocked as needed.
Sales Reports:
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, and provide regular updates on customer interactions and sales performance.
Promotions and Events:
Assist in the planning and execution of promotional activities, sales events, and product launches within the showroom.
Follow-up:
Maintain strong relationships with customers through follow-up calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
