Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will play a key role in achieving Atcorps sales targets by identifying and
securing new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and
promoting our engineering solutions that prioritise energy efficiency and operational savings.
This role requires a proactive individual with an engineering background, strong
communication skills, and the ability to deliver consultative sales to drive customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned regions and
industries.
Develop a deep understanding of Atcorps product offerings, especially in
compressed air solutions and accessories.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, providing
technical insights and support.
Engage with decision-makers, engineers, and plant managers to understand
their needs and position Atcorps offerings effectively.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and explore upsell
or cross-sell opportunities.
3. Technical & Consultative Selling
Present and explain Atcorps products and value proposition, emphasising our
focus on energy conservation and sustainable engineering solutions.
Offer product demonstrations and conduct site visits as needed to address
customer queries.
Prepare customised solutions and proposals that align with client
requirements, including technical and financial aspects.
4. Reporting & Analytics
Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback to
provide insights for continuous improvement.
Monitor competitors products, pricing, and strategies to identify competitive
advantages.
5. Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with field service engineers and operations teams to ensure
seamless execution of projects.
Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and
customer events.
Actively participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge
and industry trends.
Qualifications:
