Sales Excellence Specialist

Job Summary:

We are currently hiring a Sales Excellence Specialist who will play a pivotal role in driving digital sales tool initiatives that integrate across Sales, Finance, Business Development, Operations, and IT to foster growth in the World Area. In this role, you will cultivate relationships with the direct sales organization and Channel Partners to enhance the effectiveness of all digital business landscape.

Education, skill, and experience, you require for this role:

• Bachelor s degree in engineering or in business management


• 3 to 5 years of overall experience preferably in Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and lifecycle services with an industrial (business-to-business) company selling configured products.


• Certified user of Microsoft Power Platforms (Power BI, Power Apps/Automate)


• Clear and effective communication skills (both written and oral) to convey data insights to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.


• Strong problem-solving skills to address data-related challenges and improve optimization processes.


• Excellent ability to analyze complex data sets and extract meaningful insights


• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytic skills


• Demonstrated ability to work in a team and cross world area environment.


• Ability to drive change and effectively handle multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Equivalent Post Graduation program in Business Management or Data Analytics (Offline, Online or Hybrid programs)


• Must be able to multitask between the various assigned projects.


• Experienced user in ERP, preferably Oracle


• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity


• Understanding of sales management concepts and how data insights can improve processes and sales penetration.
