About the Role

Enterprise Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute

    enterprise sales strategies

    to penetrate GCC, UAE, and Dubai corporate markets.
  • Drive

    new client acquisition

    across enterprises and large corporates in the EdTech domain.
  • Build and maintain

    long-term client relationships

    , ensuring high levels of customer retention.
  • Lead the

    end-to-end sales cycle

    – from prospecting, pitching, and negotiations to deal closure.
  • Create and implement

    client retention strategies

    for repeat business and account growth.
  • Deliver compelling and solution-oriented

    sales pitches

    tailored to client requirements.
  • Identify growth opportunities and expand market presence in the GCC region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and delivery) to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring revenue growth in the assigned markets.

    4+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B Sales

    (EdTech / Training / SaaS preferred).
  • Proven success in

    acquiring and retaining enterprise clients

    in GCC markets.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
