Job Description: Enterprise Sales Manager EdTech (B2B | GCC Markets) Location: Bangalore (Onsite) Experience: 4+ Years Working Days: 5 Days (Rotational) Based on shift and Regions About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Sales Manager to drive B2B sales in the EdTech sector with a strong focus on the GCC, UAE, and Dubai markets . The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in enterprise sales strategies, client acquisition, retention strategies, and successful deal closures. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies to penetrate GCC, UAE, and Dubai corporate markets. Drive new client acquisition across enterprises and large corporates in the EdTech domain. Build and maintain long-term client relationships , ensuring high levels of customer retention. Lead the end-to-end sales cycle – from prospecting, pitching, and negotiations to deal closure. Create and implement client retention strategies for repeat business and account growth. Deliver compelling and solution-oriented sales pitches tailored to client requirements. Identify growth opportunities and expand market presence in the GCC region. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and delivery) to ensure seamless client experience. Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring revenue growth in the assigned markets. Key Skills & Competencies Strong expertise in Enterprise Sales Strategies and Deal Closure Techniques . Proven track record in GCC, UAE, and Dubai markets (B2B focus). Excellent Client Relationship Management skills. Strong knowledge of penetration and retention strategies for corporate accounts. Exceptional pitching and presentation skills for EdTech products and solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment . Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 4+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B Sales (EdTech / Training / SaaS preferred). Proven success in acquiring and retaining enterprise clients in GCC markets. Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
