General and Task Management:
Overachieve Sales target Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly Basis by maintaining and expanding customer base
Follow up all the given inquiries and update head office.
Generate leads by visiting industrial area or through tele calling or own references
Arrange Quote from office as per customers requirement.
Plan for meeting with the customer whenever required.
Arranging machine demo at customer place or factory with prior permission & proper coordination
Helping customer to decide right machine, model, tools & accessories
Finalize all specifications, features, accessories and tolling with customer while closing the deal
Always ask for Job drawings & discuss with HO to ensure customer get the right machine/ Tool for his job
Collect the PO with advance payment from the customer
Submit the order data in given format to head office on Weekly / Monthly / Daily bases.
Update your daily plan with your department head.
Cross check technical and commercial data of work order and ensure that it is as per the PO
Focus on resolving customer queries in minimum possible time
Inform HO about any delay/ changes in customers planning of machine delivery ASAP
Coordinate with HO for machine dispatch & transportation
Coordinate for site preparation & machine installation at customers premises
Collect any pending payment from the customer
Timely submission of all required reports like Enquiry status, hot customers, lost orders, customer visit, etc.
Submit monthly expense report to HO
Provide immediate support to customer for any service query by coordinating with service department
Daily reporting in a prescribed format to supervisor
