Sales Engineer/Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end customers to drive bearing sales.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base in assigned territory/industry.

- Provide technical support and product recommendations to clients, ensuring correct application of bearings.

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

- Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and trends to support strategy.

- Participate in exhibitions, customer visits, and product demonstrations.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM/reports.

Requirements:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or related discipline.

- 1-6 years of experience in industrial product sales (bearings, spares, mechanical components, or related).

- Strong understanding of mechanical components, preferably bearings and rotating equipment.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.

- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.

- Willingness to travel within assigned region.

Nice to Have:

- Prior experience with OEM clients in automotive, industrial machinery, or heavy engineering sectors.

- Familiarity with distributor/channel sales in industrial products
