Sales Engineer/Executive

Role Overview: Multicolor Steels, a pioneer leader in the field of metal roofing and wall cladding systems since 1994, is seeking a Sales Engineer for a full-time hybrid role in New Delhi. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, sales, and customer service. This role offers the flexibility for some remote work and requires you to communicate product information, develop customer relationships, and support the sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Effectively communicate technical information to customers - Collaborate with Consultants, Architects, and Project Management Consultants to generate leads and maintain relationships - Provide technical support to help clients understand products and services - Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders - Build and maintain customer relationships, negotiate, and close deals - Focus on providing the highest level of customer service - Hold a degree in Engineering and Business Administration with a Sales or Marketing focus - Experience in sales, particularly in the building materials or construction industry, is advantageous - Fluency in more than one language is considered an asset Qualification Required: - Strong Sales Engineering skills - Excellent Technical Support skills - Strong Communication skills - Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management - Degree in Engineering and Business Administration, preferably with a Sales or Marketing focus - Experience in the building materials or construction industry is a plus Please send your resume to sales6@multicolorsteel.com.
