Job Description

Required Experience:

15 to 20 years (10 years in Real Estate industry)

 

KRA :

1. Manage sales operations across multiple project sites. Lead, guide, and evaluate multiple on-site sales teams.

2. Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers with in assigned territory.

3. Translate business unit sales strategy into actionable targets for team members.

Knowledge of projects in Market.

Resolve escalations across sites in coordination with city leadership.

6. Work closely with developer stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability. Optimize resource deployment across teams.

7. Compiling and analysing sales figures, sharing the DSR on the daily basis with the senior management.

 

 

Required Skills:

Team handling,

Performance Monitoring & Coaching,

Selling skills for high-ticket residential projects,

Deep knowledge of the local real estate market and customer behaviour,

Relationship-building skills
