Sales Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Engineer with a background in the HVAC and Oil & Gas sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth across India by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering technically sound insulation solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across India. Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities in the Oil & Gas and HVAC sectors. Create and implement a strategic sales plan based on regional/territory targets. Lead contract negotiations and manage the complete sales pipeline. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs. Act as a technical advisor for insulation systems used in Oil & Gas applications. Collaborate with internal engineering and product development teams to provide customized solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. 5–10 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas or HVAC industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong technical acumen and understanding of insulation systems. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
