We serve clients across industries such as agriculture, infrastructure, water, and renewable energy.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in B2B or industrial sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering solutions and the ability to drive sales, manage client relationships, and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through market research, field visits, and referrals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships.
  • Present and pitch our engineering solutions and products to potential clients.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and technical/commercial offers.
  • Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to align solutions with customer needs.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain client database and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Travel to client sites and attend meetings as required.
  • Ensure post-sale coordination with the project execution and support teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales of PEBs, Tanks, Solar, or similar industrial products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
  • Comfortable with field visits and client interactions.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and Email Communication.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Prior experience in engineering or construction sales.
  • Existing client network in industrial, agricultural, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Proactive attitude and self-driven personality.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).
