We’re looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly driven Founder’s Associate to work closely with the founder of a fast-growing fashion & lifestyle brand based. This is a dynamic, high-impact role where you’ll be involved in everything – from day-to-day operations and supply chain tracking to strategic brainstorming and execution. You’ll act as the founder’s right hand, helping scale the business while owning critical functions along the way. Key Responsibilities: Own daily operations, including tracking supplier orders, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth coordination. Communicate regularly with international suppliers to get updates and solve order-related issues. Monitor and manage delays, proactively find solutions, and ensure deadlines are met. Work on cross-functional tasks: operations, logistics, research, product planning, and customer experience. Collaborate with the founder to strategize and implement new growth initiatives. Prepare reports, track KPIs, and suggest improvements based on data and insights. Who You Are: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in operations, business management, supply chain, or a founder’s office/early-stage startup. Entrepreneurial mindset – you take initiative, solve problems, and get things done. Excellent communication skills – fluent in written and spoken English. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote setup (aligned with UK hours). Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable with data-driven thinking. Bonus Points For: Experience working with international suppliers or logistics.
