Sales Engineer

🧪 Job Title: Sales Engineer – Pharma Machinery

🏢 Location: Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

👤 Experience Required: Fresher to 2 Years (Pharma Machine Manufacturing industry only)

🎓 Educational Qualification:

•            Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)

•            Candidates with technical knowledge of pharma machinery will be prioritized

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable pharma machinery (e.g., filling, labeling, sealing machines)
• Prepare and present technical proposals and product demos
• Generate leads and follow up on inquiries to convert into sales

Technical Support & Commissioning

• Assist in machine installation, testing, and commissioning at client sites
• Provide basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance guidance
• Coordinate with service teams for after-sales support

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Address technical queries and escalate issues when needed
• Collect feedback and relay insights to R&D or production teams

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical systems
• Familiarity with pharma machinery like liquid/powder filling, bottle washing, labeling, etc.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel for client visits and site support
• Proficiency in MS Office; CAD knowledge is a plus
• Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month + Incentives
