🧪 Job Title: Sales Engineer – Pharma Machinery 🏢 Location: Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 👤 Experience Required: Fresher to 2 Years (Pharma Machine Manufacturing industry only) 🎓 Educational Qualification: • Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) • Candidates with technical knowledge of pharma machinery will be prioritized 🔧 Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Development Understand client requirements and recommend suitable pharma machinery (e.g., filling, labeling, sealing machines) Prepare and present technical proposals and product demos Generate leads and follow up on inquiries to convert into sales 2. Technical Support & Commissioning Assist in machine installation, testing, and commissioning at client sites Provide basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance guidance Coordinate with service teams for after-sales support 3. Customer Relationship Management Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction Address technical queries and escalate issues when needed Collect feedback and relay insights to R&D or production teams 🛠️ Required Skills: Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical systems Familiarity with pharma machinery like liquid/powder filling, bottle washing, labeling, etc. Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel for client visits and site support Proficiency in MS Office; CAD knowledge is a plus Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month + Incentives Benefits: PF, Insurance, Medical, Travelling allowance
