Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an engineering graduate with a passion for technical sales and marketing, who can understand product specifications, provide solutions to customers, and support business growth in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand company products, technical specifications, and manufacturing capabilities to effectively present solutions to customers.
  • Generate and qualify leads, visit clients, and convert inquiries into orders.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products or services to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, quality) to meet customer requirements.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support including documentation, quotations, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare and update marketing materials, support digital campaigns, and participate in exhibitions or trade shows.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, new opportunities, and competitor analysis.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Report regularly on sales progress, customer feedback, and market developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or any relevant engineering field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in technical sales or marketing in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, product applications, and client needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic marketing software.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and site support.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional certification or training in Sales or Marketing.
  • Experience in B2B sales or industrial product marketing.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and convert insights into strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
