RM Collet is a leading manufacturer of precision machine tool accessories. We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Engineer to lead our sales operations, manage a small team, and ensure smooth execution of orders while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer phone calls and inquiries with confidence and professionalism.
• Manage a team of 3 staff members, providing guidance, support, and performance monitoring.
• Accept and process customer orders accurately, ensuring timely follow-up with factory teams for order completion.
• Achieve and exceed month-end sales and billing targets.
• Learn and effectively utilize the in-house ERP system for order management, reporting, and tracking.
• Suggest and coordinate enhancements to the ERP system in collaboration with the technical team if required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with demanding customers, resolving issues gracefully without escalation.
• Coordinate closely with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2–3 years) in sales management or customer relationship management, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial products.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written).
• Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising and motivating a small team.
• Ability to perform under pressure and handle demanding customers with professionalism and tact.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• High sense of ownership, accountability, and result orientation.
