Job Description

Role & responsibilities: ·        Deliver clear, impactful, and engaging product presentations to both existing and potential customers. ·        Introduce and explain new, innovative products in a way that customers can easily understand and adopt. ·        Understand customer needs and recommend the best-fit solutions based on their technical requirements. ·        Design, execute, and track strategic marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive revenue. ·        Contribute to creative sales and promotional strategies that make our products stand out in the market. ·        Maintain a daily log of client visits, follow-ups, inquiries, and outcomes to support continuous improvement. ·        Collaborate closely with your team to achieve and exceed shared sales targets. ·        Travel to meet clients and represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm. Preferred candidate profile: - Diploma / B.E. / MBA - 2 Years of work experience in related field - Sales Experience Required - Welding / Engineering Knowledge preferable - Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Must be able to Communicate in Gujarati, Hindi, and English - Must be able to drive a 2-wheeler for client visits.
