Role & responsibilities - Service Engineer for Welding & Cutting Equipment - Prepare and deliver technical presentation explaining products/service - Provide Maintenance support for Welding Equipment - Provide technical support & training to end user - Provide manufacturing improvement implementations at client site - Resolve customer queries and complain - Prepare cost estimates for service inquiries - Reach out to clients, provide quotes and Follow-up - Inform and Market new products to existing clients - Co-ordinate with supplier and buyer for product demonstration - Create daily report of client visits and inquires - Must be able to contribute team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed - Must be able to drive 2-wheeler - Must be willing to Business travel Preferred candidate profile - Diploma / B.E. - 2 Years of work experience in related field - Welding Equipment Knowledge preferable - Must have technical & electrical knowledge - Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Professional Communication Skills - Must be able to Communicate in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
