Key Responsibilities: Sales and Purchase Entries : Recording day-to-day sales and purchase transactions in Tally and simillar softaware like a tally Invoice Generation : Preparing GST-compliant invoices for customers. E-Way Bill Creation : Generating E-Way Bills as per statutory requirements. Bank Reconciliation : Performing periodic bank reconciliation . Accounting Entries : Ensuring accurate ledger postings and journal entries. GST Filing Support : Assisting in monthly/quarterly GST return preparation and filing. Document Management : Organizing and maintaining records of all financial transactions. Must-Have Skills: Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime : Proficiency in using Tally for accounting and compliance work. Basic Accounting Knowledge : Understanding of accounting principles and entries. GST Knowledge : Awareness of GST rules, invoice formats, MS Excel : Working knowledge of Excel for reporting and data management.
