Qualification :

B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering

Travel Requirement :


Required Skills:

  • Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Relevant experience in sales of pre-packaged products/services in the electrical power sector.
  • Practical understanding of power system studies and exposure to simulation tools such as Mi-Power, ETAP, CYMDIST, EDSA, SKM, or DIgSILENT (preferred).
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear commercial propositions for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell software products, hardware solutions, and related services to clients in the power sector
  • Generate new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth through structured sales initiatives.
  • Present product portfolios effectively, demonstrating both technical features and business value
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure and post-sales coordination.
  • Establish and maintain long-term client relationships with utilities, consultants, EPCs, and industrial customers.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to support product demonstrations, proposals, and execution.
  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback for product and business planning.
