We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales person to drive sales for industrial machines & equipment. The role requires extensive field travel across Nagpur, to engage with clients and expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets in the assigned territories. Conduct field visits to customer sites, factories, and offices to understand their needs and identify product selling opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Provide tailored welding and maintenance solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Demonstrate and promote welding machines & robot through presentations, product demos, and technical support. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve revenue growth. Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to improve sales strategies. Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors Degree or Engineering, or Diploma in related field (preferred). 2-3 years of sales experience in the industrial sector, particularly in welding or material handling equipment Strong sales and marketing skills Excellent communication Ability to convey technical information clearly and persuasively. The role involves identifying opportunities, develops applications and machines that perform key functions in a variety of industries Responsibilities: Robotic welding (MIG/TIG) for heavy and complex structures Proficiency in robot programming and welding automation systems Identifying the purposes and goals of robotic applications or machines Completing all stages of design for systems that accomplish stated goals Adhering to developing timelines and budgetary guidelines through all stages of the design process Monitoring the performances of newly deployed applications and machines Writing reports, usage instructions and maintenance guidelines for robotics system Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering preferred).
